Dhurandhar 2 box office collection Day 5: Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 has become the talk of the tinsel town ever since it was released on March 19. Aditya Dhar’s directorial was much awaited, and it indeed has fulfilled the expectations of the audience. In just five days, Dhurandhar 2 has crossed Rs 500 crore and shows no sign of stopping. Aditya Dhar’s directorial has once again rewritten the record books, earning a massive Rs 65 crore on its first Monday and showing no signs of slowing down on weekdays.

Dhurandhar 2 is produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar, and the spy thriller was one of the most awaited movies of the year. Ever since Dhurandhar was released on the big screens on December 5, and the movie received such a positive response from the audience, it was expected that Dhurandhar 2 would also turn out to be a huge hit just like its predecessor.
The Ranveer Singh-starrer, the sequel to Dhurandhar, scripted history by not only becoming the highest Hindi opener but also by having a maniac opening weekend. However, despite such a huge buzz, Dhurandhar 2 witnessed a big slowdown in footfalls on Monday and minted only Rs 65 crore. While the numbers still may seem huge, as compared to what Dhurandhar 2 has earned in the past few days, it seems like there is a drop in Monday earnings.
The Ranveer Singh-starrer collected Rs 454 crore net in India over its opening weekend, including Rs 43 crore from paid previews, along with three consecutive days crossing the Rs 100 crore mark—a first for Hindi cinema.
Back on Monday, Dhurandhar 2 makers released the official earnings figures, and they are as follows:

- Dhurandhar 2 box office collection day 3: Rs 117 crore

With an approximate net collection of Rs 519 crore in just five days, Dhurandhar 2 has established itself as one of the fastest Hindi films to reach this milestone.
