Bankrupt Pakistan in BIG trouble: Only 5 days of LPG, 7 days of oil left amid US-Iran war, if fresh supplies don’t arrive soon…

Pakistan is heavily dependent on oil and gas imports, especially from West Asian countries. With the conflict disrupting global energy supply routes, the country is now struggling to maintain its fuel reserves.

The ongoing war in West Asia is no longer affecting only countries like Iran, Israel, the United States, or Gulf nations. Its impact is now spreading across Asia, creating a major energy crisis in several countries. One of the worst-hit nations is Pakistan, where oil and gas reserves are rapidly running out, raising fears of a nationwide energy emergency and possible blackouts.

Pakistan is heavily dependent on oil and gas imports, especially from West Asian countries. With the conflict disrupting global energy supply routes, the country is now struggling to maintain its fuel reserves. Authorities have already taken several steps to control fuel consumption, including increasing fuel prices, allowing work-from-home for many employees, and shutting schools and colleges. However, these measures have not been enough to prevent the crisis.

Pakistan’s Oil and Gas Reserves Nearing Exhaustion

According to Pakistan’s Petroleum Secretary, the country’s energy reserves are running dangerously low. The latest data shows Pakistan has only about 7 days of crude oil reserves left. Diesel stocks are sufficient for around 17 days, while petrol supplies may last between 20 to 22 days. The country also has only 10 days of jet fuel and just 5 days of LPG reserves remaining.

If fresh supplies do not arrive soon, Pakistan could face a severe energy shortage that may affect transportation, industries, and daily life. Experts warn that the situation could become even worse if the West Asia conflict continues to disrupt oil shipments.

The Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important oil shipping routes, has also been impacted, preventing oil tankers from reaching Pakistan easily.
