WWE will present its Royal Rumble 2026 event tonight in Riyadh Saudi Arabia which marks the first time this event will occur in the Middle East. The promotion is hosting tonight’s SmackDown in the country as well and it seems like the Royal Rumble might’ve been spoiled a little bit following a graphic botch on tonight’s show.
Backstage graphic fuels speculation over Royal Rumble no. 1 entrant
As Axiom and Nathan Frazer walked toward the ring to begin Axiom’s match a graphic showed the number one Royal Rumble entrance for the next day. Damian Priest announced himself for the Royal Rumble earlier in the show and his facial expression showed he had received an earlier entry number for the event which led fans to believe he would enter first.
Split-second graphic slip exposes Royal Rumble entry tease
The first Rumble entrant test proved to be a failure because the subsequent match between Bron Breakker and his opponent malfunctioned. The graphic displayed on the screen for a duration shorter than one second yet viewers with keen eyesight were able to observe the error.
